We have deliberately concentrated on the lucrative property market in Germany for our core business. The sale of capital investments has, however, been extended to another country in Europe: the sale of capital investments in the form of profit participation rights and property funds is currently also being carried out in Austria in addition to Germany.

This expansion gives the Company’s equity position an even broader basis. The investments of Austrian investors are another important component in the continuous expansion of the sound financial basis of IMMOVATION AG’s property projects. The long-term revenues from these projects provide an exceptionally reliable future prospect for all IMMOVATION AG’s investors.

International partnership with WM Maierhofer AG (Austria)

WM Maierhofer AG in Vienna has been enlisted as a partner for the exclusive sale of IMMOVATION AG capital investments. This company is a renowned specialist in the sale of alternative investments in Austria.

WM AG was founded in August 2007 and perceives itself as the hub for closed-end funds between banks, sales organizations, issuers and press. From sales management to product sourcing through to preparation of fund prospectuses and many other services, WM AG has established itself as the hub for closed-end funds in Austria.

Having WM AG as an expert partner gives IMMOVATION AG access to banks, asset advisers, as well as sales, media and, last but not least, initiators in Austria. The co-operation with Ing. Peter Maierhofer (member of the management board of WM AG) has enabled IMMOVATION AG to successfully offer its products over the established expert network that is unique to Austria for several years now.

Property fund of the 1st KG awarded prize in Austria

The property fund of the 1st KG was awarded first prize in the “Closed-End Funds” category in the “2009 alternative investment awards” of the Geld-Magazin.

The Geld-Magazin, Austria’s leading publication for finance, investments and insurance, analyzes all alternative investment products authorized for sale in Austria. Prizes are awarded to capital investments that provide an alternative to classical investments like stocks and bonds. The products with the best management services are honoured with an award on an annual basis.

According to the Geld-Magazin, the issuing house IMMOVATION AG has been scoring points with an “excellent performance record since 1990”. This award gives investors a valuable orientation guide in respect of their investment decisions.
