The entire value chain, ranging from property research to acquisition, project management, any building activities required and administration through to sale, can be realized by the companies of the IMMOVATION AG corporate group.

The honed organization within the individual companies’ division of responsibilities gives rise to synergies that promote the efficiency of the corporate group as a whole. The joint management of all companies facilitates optimal coordination and control of the individual areas of responsibility. This enables costs to be reduced to a minimum – a major benefit also to IMMOVATION AG’s investors.
