The innovative fund concept combines a high return of 6.5% p. a. with tax-free income. One of the ways in which this is made possible is by combining around 60% portfolio properties with around 40% listed buildings for renovation and modernization. From the outset, the fund offers you a regular monthly withdrawal, which will allow you to organize your life in a flexible manner. The best thing about it is that your money will continue to work for you for the entire period! Upon liquidation of the investment company, you can expect additional profit participation from the disposal of the fund properties.
Capital investments already placed
Immobilien Handels AG & Co. 1. KG
The property fund of the 1st KG was established in 2007. The aim of the fund, which has an overall volume of 30 million euro, was to acquire residential and commercial properties below their market value at selected locations in Germany and to manage and develop these properties over the minimum ten-year term of the fund. An outstanding result was achieved with an equity stake of 10 million euro.
IMMOVATION Immobilien Handels AG & Co. 2. KG
The second property fund, established in 2009, built seamlessly on the success of the 1st KG. The innovative concept using a mixture of 63% portfolio properties and 37% listed buildings for renovation and modernization has proved to be extremely effective. The fund with an overall volume of 40 million euro was fully placed ahead of schedule as of 30 June 2010 with an equity stake of 16 million euro, as set out in the prospectus.
IMMOVATION AG profit participation rights, 1st tranche
The first-tranche profit participation right was issued in July 2005. By purchasing the profit participation rights, investors participate in the success of the entire corporate group. Overall, around 25 million euro of profit participation right capital had been placed by the end of placement of the first tranche on 31 December 2008.

The second-tranche profit participation right was issued in January 2009. By purchasing the profit participation rights, investors participate in the success of the entire corporate group. Overall, around 78 million euro of profit participation right capital had been placed by the end of placement of the first tranche on 31 December 2012.
